FEEDBACK, REPEAT CUSTOMERS, REFERRALS

I judge the quality and effectiveness of my resumes in three important ways:

FEEDBACK

​I am delighted when a customers calls or emails me to tell me they landed the interview, or better still, they got the job. And this happens a lot. I am pleased to say I have helped many clients apply for jobs successfully.

REPEAT CUSTOMERS

Understandably, not all customers come back for resume updates. This reflects on the percentage of clients who are well ensconced and happy in their new position, not looking to change any time soon. However, many of my clients work on a project basis, and may be moving onto the next project - and so call on me to update the resume that has already proved successful. People may want to move to a higher position or simply change jobs again - clients return because they are happy with their initial resumes, cover letters, selection criteria and LinkedIn profiles.

REFERRALS

There is really no better way to judge how happy a client has been with your services and professionalism than by referrals. Reddy Resumes plenty of these.
